Return and Exchange

We really hope that you love the NK vintage as much as we do. But if you for some reason need to return your item. Here is what you need to do.

Items need to be return within 14 days of you receiving your order. The costumer pays for the return.

Please email contact@nkvintage.com with you order number and return reason and we will contact you within 24 hours.

We do not accept damage clothes or clothes without tags then it will be sent back to costumer. 

Refunds, when the return is accepted it will be processed back to the original account and it may take up to 10 business days before the money is back on your account, depending on your bank.

You can exchange your item for any other item that is available in stock. The item you choose will be sent to you for no extra charge. This is only possible to do within 14 days of you receiving the order.
